Directions
Before applying the gua sha tool is important to apply a light layer of massage oil to the skin. This will allow the Gua Sha tool to glide over the skin.
Next begin using a tool to rub the skin in long light strokes.
Apply enough pressure to create redness. This redness you see is inflammation being released from the body.
Once you completed the treatment do not administer again until the discoloration on the skin disappears.
Always sterilize their tools between treatments.
Precautions
