  • Lightly stroke above and below injury.

  • Apply Acute Injury Liniment as needed.

  • Repeat the process by using Herbal Ice and Acute Injury Liniment until swelling and inflammation have resolved.

Relax Spasm and Stiffness

  • Next apply Tendon Injury Liniment to the injury.

  • Lightly stroke above and below injury.

  • You can apply as needed.

Restore movement and strength

  • During this phase of repair use Kung Fu Medicine in conjunction with gentle stretching exercises, physical therapy, or other forms of rehabilitation.
