By using this site, you signify your agreement to all terms, conditions and notices contained or referenced here in ( the “ terms of use”).  If you do not agree to these terms of use please do not use this site.  Kung Fu Medicine Shop., reserves the right at our discretion, to update or revise these terms of Use.  Please check the terms periodically for changes.  Your continued use of this site following the posting of any changes to the terms of Use constitutes acceptance of those changes.

We use the information you provide us to perform the services for which such data was collected, such as shipping a product you order to us.  We also use the information you provide us for internal marketing purposes and for administration of the Site.

Information about our customers is an important part of our business, and we use it responsibly.  We do NOT sell or distribute any personal information about you to any other person or entity except as necessary to process an order or provide a service or product you requested to you.  An example is processing credit card payments.

We use industry –standard methods to protect your personal information from unauthorized access.  Among thither techniques, we have a server and usually store your information on a computer behind a “firewall” in a secure location.  Of course, there is no such thing a “perfect security” on the internet.  Further, please note that our servers are operated by a third party web host whose actions we do not control. 

AMENDMENTS

This Site may in the future contain links to other sites.  Kung Fu Medicine Shop is not responsible for the privacy of the content of third party sites. 

We may from time to time revise the Privacy Policy by updating this posting.  Amendments to this policy will be effective when posted.  You should therefore periodically visit this page to review the current Privacy Policy, so you are aware of any such revisions to which you are bound. 

SALE TERMS

PRICES

All prices are subject to change without notice.  Much of what we sell is dependent upon market prices and availability.  Our product prices a closely linked to our raw herb expenses which fluctuate seasonally.

PAYMENT

All sales are prepaid by credit card, unless otherwise arranged and received prior to shipment.    We will finalize and process your invoice just prior to shipping your order.  You will be notified of any changes to your order and shipping & handling costs with the finalization of your invoice.  

SHIPPING

All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS.  For orders placed on our website shipping charges are approximate.  Some shipping quotes are not accurate and will be recalculated manually.  We will advise you of any addition a shipping charges or savings and ask for your approval.  The actual shipping charges will appear on your finalized invoice that will either be emailed to you or packaged in your order.  We do our best to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.  We cannot ship to countries where shipments are prohibited by the United States Government. 

HANDLING

At Kung Fu Medicine we want to insure that your order is packaged properly and expedited to ship quickly. We have a very simple handling schedule.  Orders less than $100.00 will have a $3.00 handling fee applied to the purchase total.  Orders of $100.00 to less than $500.00 will have a $5.00 handling fee applied to the purchase total.  Orders greater than $500.00 will have an $8.00 handling fee applied to the purchase total.  The handling fee applies to all orders, unless otherwise negated in good faith by Kung Fu Medicine Shop.   

PACKAGING CLAIMS

When packages appear damaged on arrival, state condition of the container over your signature on the receipt.  If damage is discovered after opening the package, notify the carrier immediately.  Claims for damage must be directed to the carrier first. 

WHAT WE SELL

Kung FU Medicine Shop sells external applications. Please note any product descriptions and photographs used on our website are examples only.  In some cases packaging may vary.  Each package will contain a list of contents and amounts of ingredients where appropriate. 

The customer shall inspect and accept or reject acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of the sale immediately upon arrival of the shipment and shall, within three (3) working days after the arrival give written notice to Kung Fu Medicine Shop of any claim that the Terms and Conditions set forth herein are not acceptable.  Should an issue a rise after the three day period the customer must contact Kung Fu Medicine Shop in writing concerning their issues for a particular product along with the product lot number.  A Red Pine representative will contact the customer to answer any questions and resolve the issue.

FRAUDULENT ORDERS

We will seek to prosecute any and all fraudulent transactions

APPLICABILITY

These terms and conditions are applicable to every order placed by the customer, whether online at Kung Fu Medicine Shop website or by telephone, including all future orders.
