Lightly stroke above and below injury.

Restore movement and strength
During this phase of repair use Kung Fu Medicine in conjunction with gentle stretching exercises, physical therapy, or other forms of rehabilitation.

Use Yunnan Bai Yao Plaster nightly until full range of motion is restored.

Make sure to support the injury with a brace.
Herbal Ice contains pigments from the plants, which may tinge the skin yellow, temporarily.
If you do not want to make a poultice switch out Herbal Ice with Wu Yang Plaster.
If your injury feels better with the application of warmth-
Replace Acute Injury Liniment with Po So Mon Liniment.
