Ligamanet & Tendon Support
Ligaments and tendons have limited blood supply compared to other tissues in the body, which can affect their healing process when they are damaged.
Blood carries essential nutrients and oxygen that are necessary for tissue repair and regeneration.
When ligaments or tendons are injured, such as through a tear or overstretching, the healing process can be slower compared to other tissues. T
he severity of the injury also plays a role in the healing time.
Minor injuries may heal within a few weeks, while more severe injuries may require several months to fully recover.
