  • Lightly stroke above and below injury. You can apply Trauma Liniment as needed.

  • Repeat the process by using Herbal Ice overnight and Trauma Liniment during the day until swelling and inflammation have resolved.

  • Take 4 capsules 3 times daily of Osteophyte Powder.

Step 2. Restore Circulation, Relax Spasm and Stiffness

  • Next apply, Trauma Liniment to the injury.

Step 3. Restore Movement and Strength

Now that your stiffness and tightness is resolved, it's time to gradually restore normal function. This means working toward a full range of motion. Use Kung Fu Medicine in conjunction with gentle stretching exercises, physical therapy, or other forms of rehabilitation.

  • Use Trauma Liniment before and after activity. Make sure to massage into the injury as well as above and below the injuries joint.

  • Use 701 Plaster nightly until full range of motion is restored.

  • Take 4 capsules 3 times daily of Osteophyte Powder.

Notes

  • Make sure to support the injury with a brace.

  • Herbal Ice contains pigments from the plants, which may turn the skin yellow, temporarily.

  • It may take 3 months of using Osteophyte Powder to break down bone spur.

  • Treatments like Herbal Ice and Trauma Liniment that reduce inflammation and relax tightness help prevent spurs, though some conditions require surgery.
