Wrist Pain

  • A wrist sprain is a common sports injury caused by sudden force or impact that stretches or tears the wrist ligaments.

  • It can occur during activities like falling on an outstretched hand, direct blows to the wrist, or excessive twisting/bending motions.

  • Overuse injuries like wrist tendonitis and impingement syndrome are also common in sports involving repetitive wrist movements (e.g., tennis, golf).

  • These conditions cause inflammation, pain, swelling, and limited wrist function.

  • Tendon Lotion can help loosen the tendons, while Herbal Ice can reduce pain and inflammation
