Make sure to apple Acute Injury Liniment above and below the injury.

second step
Relax Spasm and Stiffness
Next apply, Tendon Injury Liniment to the injury.
Lightly stroke above and below injury.
Apply as needed, especially before and after activity.
Continue to use until stiffness and tightness resolve.
Use 701 Plaster nightly until tightness, stiffness, and spasm are released.

Restore movement and strength
