Plantar Fasciitis Support
Plantar Fasciitis occurs due to inflammation in the bottom of the foot. This condition is commonly caused by overuse and injury, which results in inflammation.
If left untreated, chronic inflammation can lead to the formation of painful calcium deposits on the heel, known as spurs.
To prevent the development of spurs, it is recommended to use treatments such as herbal ice and trauma liniment. These treatments work by reducing inflammation and relaxing tightness, providing relief and aiding in the prevention of spurs.
