SHIPPING & RETURNS
RETURN POLICY
If you receive an item that does not meet your needs, please call us at (954) 551-9678 to obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA) within 14 days of your invoice date. We can only accept merchandise that is in new condition, with all safety seals and/or shrink wrap intact. Products must be unopened to receive credit. Please include a copy of your invoice or packing slip with your return. Once we receive the merchandise, we will issue credit according to the manner of payment, less a 15% restocking fee. Please note that we cannot accept any returns beyond 14 days of your invoice date, and that we are not able to accept returns of special order or custom items.
DAMAGED ITEMS
If you receive damaged merchandise due to carrier mishandling, please contact us immediately (within 5 business days of receipt of your package). Please save the original packaging, including all packing materials and damaged items, as we will need them for inspection by the carrier. This allows us to file a damage claim with the carrier and send a replacement shipment to you as quickly as possible.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a defective item, please contact us at info@kungfumedicineshop.com within 5 business days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement to be shipped to you as soon as possible.
