Ingredients:

Camphor 10 %, Menthol 3%, Cinnamon (Gui Pi),oil, Clove bud (Ding Xiang) oil, Drynaria (Gu Sui Bu) rhizome, Eleutheroccocus gracili stylus (Wu Jia Pi) root bark, fragrant Angelica (Bai Zhi) root, Frankincense (Ru Xiang) oleo-gum resin, Ginger (gan jiang) rhizome, Kaemperia galanga (Shan Nai) rhizome, Longtube ground ivy (Jin Qian Cao) herb, Myrrh (Mo Yao) oleo-gum-resin, Angelica pubescent (Du Huo), safflower (Hong Hua) flower, Schizonepeta (Jing Jie) herb, Siler (Fang Feng) root, Tienchi, Ginseng (San Qi) root

Directions:
Do not use on wet or sweaty skin. Clean and dry the affected area before application.

Cut to desired size, remove the attached film from medicated patch and apply adhesive side to the affected area.

Leave on for 1 days and let the area rest one day or use nightly.

It will be more effective when used after hot shower or massage.
