Use Trauma Liniment before and after activity. Make sure to massage into the injury as well as above and below the injuries joint.
Use 701 Plaster nightly until full range of motion is restored.
Take 4 capsules 3 times daily of Osteophyte Powder.
Notes
Make sure to support the injury with a brace.
Herbal Ice contains pigments from the plants, which may turn the skin yellow, temporarily.
It may take 3 months of using Osteophyte Powder to break down bone spur.
Treatments like Herbal Ice and Trauma Liniment that reduce inflammation and relax tightness help prevent spurs, though some conditions require surgery.
