Ligament & Tendon Support in Tucson

Common among Tucson climbers and desert runners, ligament and tendon injuries demand a targeted approach—our Kung Fu protocol delivers.

  • Ligaments and tendons have a limited blood supply compared to other tissues in the body, which can affect their healing process when they are damaged.

  • Blood carries essential nutrients and oxygen that are necessary for tissue repair and regeneration.

  • When ligaments or tendons are injured, such as through a tear or overstretching, the healing process can be slower compared to other tissues. T

  • he severity of the injury also plays a role in the healing time.

  • Minor injuries may heal within a few weeks, while more severe injuries may require several months to fully recover.
